The Trim Size of a printed book refers to its width and height. The most commonly used Trim Size for books in the US is 6″ x 9″ (152.4 x 228.6 mm), but there are other options available. If a book exceeds 6.12 inches (155.5 mm) in width or 9 inches (228.6 mm) in height, it is considered to be a large Trim Size.
